As many of you know, we have a philosophy about alternating your workouts each week, and this week is strength week! 🙂 Yaay! That means, three strength workouts to include weight lifting, Yoga, and calisthenics. And, two endurance workouts, like Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, our our treadmills and other cardio equipment.
If you attend our classes, we naturally do this week after week in our classes. If you work out on the gym side and want to use this philosophy, just peek over at the banner on our class side to see what week it is. It will keep your workouts fresh and make sure your body doesn’t get used to one particular routine!!!
During your weightlifting workouts this week, try to lift heavier weights, and less reps in each set. Challenge yourself, and take lots of breaks. Most importantly, listen to your body and use proper form.
