Awesome tortilla soup!!

This recipe is perfect for those New Years resolutions to be healthy. It only has about 100 calories a cup, tons of fiber and protein….and it’s the BOMB! 🙂

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth
1 can of pumpkin
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 can of salsa verde (the green stuff)
12 oz of shredded chicken

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high until nice and hot….two to three hours. Yummmm! 🙂
