Hello Spring! Well….maybe…

Holy smokes!  This weather is just wacky.  But…that’s okay because it’s always good weather inside!  We’ve made a fun new addition to our class schedule this month, Kickboxing!  Everyone is going crazy for it.  It’s on Tuesdays at 715pm.

Also, we reorganized our weight circuit, so that you can use it both in the traditional way, and also, if you wish, as a weight/cardio mixed workout.  We put steps in the middle, and what you would do is do a weight exercise for 1 minute, then step for a minute, then on to the next weight exercise.  Very fun!  🙂

Strength and Endurance weeks are really rocking, both in classes and on the gym side.  Many of you have said that you love the culture, so we are happy that you are happy!
