Strength week is back! This week, try three strength workouts and at least two cardiovascular workouts. Yoga, boot camp, weight circuits, the functional trainer, free weights, and good old calisthenics (pushups and stuff) are fantastic strength workouts. When you focus on building strength, your body will respond positively and start to change into a leaner version of its former self. You will be stronger and leaner! :). This week, if you have the supplements, switch back to the energy supplements to give you some mojo! 🙂
