These weeks sure buzz by fast! If you are rolling with us on our Strength and Endurance weeks, Endurance is back on top this week! So….for your weight workouts…less weight, more reps…and at least three cardiovascular workouts, such as walking, running, Zumba, ellipticals, bike, or Bokwa.
If you are on the vitamin program, this week it’s the multi and the fat burners. LOVE the fat burners….people are raving about them. 🙂
