3. We will weigh you and do a bodyfat analysis, so we can give you a goal.
4. We will walk through a typical day for you, what do you eat?
5. We will do a ‘calories burned per day’ analysis to determine how many calories your body will burn in a day.
6. Based on calories burned per day and your metabolic needs, we will design a custom daily diet plan for you.
7. We will set goals and a follow up appointment if needed.
Steve Cunningham is a Certified Sports Nutritionist with Expert Rating, and also is a Certified Personal Trainer with Expert Rating. Steve has overcome health trials in his life, which is why health and fitness resonate so much with him. In 2006, Steve was hospitalized with stroke symptoms that ended up being not a stroke, but an elevated blood sugar of 515. Steve didn’t realize he had diabetes, and the realization made him change the way he views food and exercise. Steve was on Insulin, and then Metformin drugs for a while, until he changed his eating and supplementation habits. Steve now does not have any diabetes symptoms because of his lifestyle changes, and is a firm believer that we are in charge of our own health. Having lost a considerable amount of weight himself, Steve knows about diets, weight loss, and weight management.
Tracie Cunningham is a Certified Sports Nutritionist with Expert Rating, and also has a passion for researching and recommending supplements. She also is a certified Personal Trainer through Expert Rating as well, and a licensed Zumba Instructor. Tracie’s passion is fitness and health. Being a personal trainer also, Tracie has a keen focus on weight loss and weight management.
